WE NEED TO RECOGNIZE OUR ACTIVE DUTY SEALS, VIETNAM VETS, AND ALL FORMER UDT AND SEAL’S IN BETWEEN.  THIS IS A TIME TO CELEBRATE OUR TEAMS AND AMERICA!!!

FRIDAY, AUG 12 @ 1300.  ICE BREAKER, CHILI FEED, AIR RIFLE MARKSMAN, HORSE SHOES, BOCCI BALL, AUCTION AND FIREWORKS! (PLEASE BRING MONEY AND ANY DONATED ITEMS FOR THE AUCTION – THIS IS OUR MAIN FUND RAISER FOR NEXT YEARS REUNION).  ALSO - LADIES: PLEASE BRING YOUR CHOICE OF CORN BREAD, GARLIC BREAD, APPETIZER, OR DESERT.  FROGMEN: IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING SPECIAL YOU WANT TO DRINK YOU ARE WELCOME TO – BYOB.  BEER, WINE, AND SODA PROVIDED.

Annual Reunion Business Meeting:  Saturday 13 AUG 2011 (1200-1300)

Proposed agenda:

1.   Welcome to all!

2.   Call to order (read the SEAL creed). 

3.   Pledge of allegiance to the Flag.

4.   Recognize the successful SEAL mission on 1 May!  Hoo-Yah!!!

5.   Muster – personal introductions; please sign the roster!

(Introduce any distinguished guests)(Also mention that paper copies of the most current roster are available).

6.   Missing teammates: review events and actions for David Bodkins memorial.   Actions for Richard (Dick) Shabro.

A.   Any other teammate/chapter member health and welfare issues/information for the good of the order?

7.   Report on mid-year meeting attendance and events.

8.   Report on money and donations made at the auction last night.

(Donations are still being accepted – thank you in advance!)

9.   Order of business:

A.   Read from the UDT-SEAL Ass. Constitution and By-Laws: Purpose and Chapter sections.  Paper copies available.

B.   Propose a vote on Chapter positions:

              Take nominations and vote.

C.   Propose making a donation to:

(1)  NSW/Navy SEAL Foundation (One Team – One Fight):

Fallen Heroes Project

(4)  Wounded Warrior Project – JBLM SCUBA Warrior Project

A.    Encourage local “Old Frogs & SEAL’s” to get together!

         web site (i.e. Member Life Assistance Program (MLAP)).  Please

   12.  Discuss supporting local SEAL/SWCC wounded warriors.

    (Know of one scenario with LT Brandon Stone of Juneau,  AK).

        13.  Discuss supporting SDVT-1 Platoons that train at Keyport   

         WA.  (Have made contact with XO – LCDR John Porado and

         TRADET OIC - CWO3 Joe Sahagun).

14.  Discuss “legacy recruiting” effort.

15.  Other issues, business, issues for the good of the order?

16.  Review schedule of events and logistics for the next reunion.

Time to celebrate the awesome achievement of our active duty guys, Vietnam Vets, and all former UDT and SEAL’s in between.

This is a time to celebrate our Teams and America!  Hoo-Yah!!!
